Grill bananas. Smash them thoroughly. Add pieces of bacon and salt. Form into balls. Eat with fork.

It's interesting that this post came up first in Google when I was looking for a tacacho recipe. I was in Tingo Maria, Peru for a short term missions trip in June and it was my first exposure to tacacho.
