Sunday afternoon we were invited to a birthday dinner for Crystal's peruvian grandmother (Nordid's mom). What we ate is called "Causa" (pronounced "Cow-saw"). It is mashed potatoes outside of tuna or chicken mixed with mayonnaise and vegetables. They decorate the top with eggs and lettuce. It is a "Crystal favorite."
