Life on a house boat
We visited a house boat - Amazon style. They are made up of huge logs cut from the forest and strapped together. The average lifespan of a houseboat is about 15 years, and you don't have to pay property tax!
Looking at the cooking fire, I wondered how safe it was. I guess you don't need to worry about a fire truck.
The nice thing about it was a shower was just one step away. Jump in, swim around to the "back door," and wa-lah!
There is a definite danger with the little ones. They learn to swim early in life! One of the children fell in and the mom had to jump in to save him.

Indeed, I count everything as loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. (Philippians 3:8)
