Awhile ago we had the privilege to eat with a family who attends our church, the Londeens. During the summer they travel around and participate in barbecue competitions. Our duty was to taste what they made. We were valiant and really suffered through the amazing pork, chicken, and beef dishes. It's a sacrifice.
